High quality extruded rubber flat tube
The standard colors are yellow ochre for diameters up to 5” and black for larger sizes.

Applications:
Designed for heavy duty applications and agricultural discharge, water transfer,
spreading of slurry and manure, irrigation, water and hydrocarbon bypass operations,
Compressed air applications up to Ø 3"
Pumping of high pressure liquids, discharging of loose powders (excluding cement).
Construction:
Made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circularly woven, fully protected and secured by a tough, highly resistant blend of synthetic nitrile rubber and PVC, extruded through the weft and forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of glues or adhesives.
Coating properties:
A. Maximum tensile strength of coating: guaranteed minimum value of 1,500 psi (10,500 kPa).
B. Final elongation: minimum 400%.
C. Accelerated Aging Test: The tensile strength and ultimate elongation of the vulcanized rubber compound were tested with oxygen at a pressure of 300 psi +/- 10 psi (2100 kPa +/- 70 kPa) and a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius +/-1 degree (158 ºF +/- 18 ºF) for a period of 96 hours, after which the rubber properties are at least 60% of the original values.
Abrasion resistance:
will extend the life of your application in extreme conditions, where abrasion is the primary concern. Indicative abrasion resistance >2000 cycles.

Serving temperature range:
From -30ºC to 80ºC. Special versions for higher and lower temperatures available on request.
Ozone resistance:
No visible signs of cracking appear on the coating or covering when tested in accordance with ASTM D518 Procedure B, 100pphm/40ºC.
Chemical resistance:
Exposure to sea water and contamination by most chemicals, hydrocarbons, oils and greases will have no effect on the short or long term performance of the hose. A chemical resistance chart is available and we will provide specific chemical resistance data when requested by the purchaser for specific applications.
Lengths: Standard 100 m. Special lengths up to 200 m.
