SBR/NR abrasive and antistatic rubber hose. Smooth black rubber internal underlay with highly abrasive fabric reinforcements and embedded steel wire reinforcement. Cover in smooth and black anti-static anti-abrasive rubber with canvas imprint.
Application: Suction and exhaust cement dust and other abrasive products such as sand and gravel.
Standards: abrasion loss of the support according to DIN 53516 70 +/- 5 mm 3.
Maximum operating pressure 10 bar - Gust 30 bar.
Vacuum suction from 0.9 bar up to Ø 120 to 0.8 bar for larger diameters.
Operating temperature: -40° +70° C.
Available on request with other dimensions, pressures, smooth/corrugated/ribbed, with terminal sleeves at the ends.
