Description and technical data

Flexible hose for the transfer of abrasive products which generates high wear of the internal walls.

Mainly used in steel mills, foundries, welding plants, ceramic and cement industries.
The extremely smooth and hard white internal surface facilitates the passage of the flow, significantly reducing friction.

TECHNOPOLYMER substrate - abrasion loss less than 36 mm ³ according to DIN 53516 standards, light grey colour.

High-strength synthetic textile reinforcements and built-in copper cable.

Black SBR conductive anti-abrasive rubber cover with canvas tread, resistant to ozone and weather. Orange longitudinal band marking.

Minimum bending radius 10 times the internal diameter.

Working temperature -30°C +80°C (100°C peak)
