Silicone rubber hose with polyester textile reinforcements, smooth canvas-look silicone cover resistant to heat and ageing. Harmonic steel spiral inserted on request. Textile reinforcements inserted according to the required operating pressure. On request smooth sleeves at the ends.
Lengths available on specific sizes. Color: Black, Red, Blue and White.
Maximum rolls from 20 meters up to a diameter of 102 (4") over only twelve metres.
Type of versions available: CORD (WITH INSERTED FABRIC), SPL (SMOOTH SPIRAL), RIBBED (WAVY SPIRAL), CLC (WAVY SPIRAL), SPO (WAVY SPIRAL).
CHARACTERISTICS:
Working pressures with SAFETY FACTOR >3 times the operating pressure.
Working temperature: -60° +200° C.
Maximum depression -0.60 bar.
USE: Suitable hose for passing air and hot MARINE water for cooling, mixed anti-freeze liquids, exhaust gases, traces of atomised mineral oils both in suction and delivery. Used for flexible connection of cooling circuits in engines.
Smoke class: F1 and AFNOR NF 16-101
Low smoke opacity according to NF X 10-702 - 1e2
Low smoke opacity according to NF X 70-100 - 1e2
On request also available in SELF-EXTINGUISHING FLAME RESISTANT version packaged in black rubber with FLAME RETARD additives.
