APPLICATION:
linear pipes usable in pressurized air conditioning systems for civil and industrial vehicles,
cogeneration units, marine engines, high temperature fluid transport.
It can be used in both vehicles and in the industrial sector,
its use is indicated in cooling and heating systems on buses,
trucks and industrial vehicles, refrigeration systems of cogeneration units and marine engines.
PROPERTY'
- Temperatures between -60° and +225°C (250ºC for short periods of time).
- Resistance to antifreeze and antirust agents.
- High resistance to ozone.
- High hardening resistance with excellent compression characteristics.
- Excellent flexibility during the assembly process.
- Excellent resistance to thermal aging and oxidizing agents (oxygen, ozone, UV rays)
- Resistant to traces of hydrocarbon sprays.
CONSTRUCTION:
The construction material is VMQ (Vinyl-Methyl-Quality) silicone rubber, BRICK RED color.
Smooth inside and out.
Made with three meta-aramid fiber reinforcements.
Standard production length 1-4 meters (other lengths available on request).
It can be produced in various shapes and curves on request
Hardness (Shore A) 65-75
LIMITATIONS:
compliance with the declared values, not suitable for the continuous passage and storage of hydrocarbons (even if resistant to traces of oil and diesel).
It is not suitable for use at high vacuum or for transporting abrasive powders.
This type of hose is not suitable for negative pressure (vacuum) applications.
