This is a hose with a high level of resistance. It is extremely flexible, even in large diameters. It is designed for use in specific locations where sudden changes in pressure (water hammer) may occur.
This hose has the highest level of resistance and robustness in our standard range.
Odorless, tasteless and completely non-toxic.
Made with three polyester fabric reinforcements and two stainless steel wire springs, all enclosed inside the tube.
It can be equipped with 316L stainless steel fittings on each end with a roughness value of less than 0.8 µm (or 0.5 µm on request).
Standard production length is 4 meters (13.12 feet), but in specific diameters it is possible to produce a length of 6 meters (19.69 feet).
The vacuum resistance for this hose is 0.91 bar (13.23 psi).
The tubes can be equipped with copper wire mounted parallel to the stainless steel wire spring to improve the discharge of static electricity.
Temperature: -60ºC (-75 F) to +180ºC (356 F), can reach up to 200ºC (392 F) in short periods of time.
Platinum cured silicone manufactured in accordance with:

- USP Class VI in vivo test, 121ºC
- ISO 10993-4, 5, 6 and 10
