Applications
Venaflon HR is an excellent solution for resisting dynamic stresses when transferring high purity fluids. It is suitable for use in filling machines. The inner layer of this tube is made of PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) which has high compatibility with highly aggressive chemicals.
This hose is capable of transporting liquid or semi-liquid food products by pulse or suction, as its design can withstand both pressure and vacuum. The perfluorinated internal coating guarantees maximum chemical and thermal resistance, excellent waterproofness and absolutely hygienic and contamination-free fluid delivery. Odorless, tasteless and completely non-toxic. High flexibility.
It can be equipped with 316L stainless steel fittings on each end with a roughness value of less than 0.8 µm (or 0.5 µm on request).
Operating temperature range -40°C to +150°C.
The hose is produced with a maximum length of 20m (65.62 feet).
Maximum operating pressure 10 bar
Vacuum resistance is 0.9 bar (13.05 psi)
Standard diameters available: 13.0 - 19.0 - 25.0 - 32.0 - 38.0 - 51.0 - 63.5 - 76
The inner layer of PFA complies with:
- USP Class VI in vivo tests
- USP Class VI in vitro test

- PFA inner layer construction, fully fluorinated, mirror smooth, light color.
- Construction of the outer layer: EPDM rubber, blue color, smooth, resistant to abrasion, ozone and atmospheric agents, canvas imprint.
- Reinforcement: high strength synthetic canvas, built-in steel spiral.
- Two copper wires are incorporated for the dissipation of electrostatic currents.
