TPV thermoplastic vulcanized hose with high biocompatibility, performance and chemical resistance for long-lasting pumping cycles. Designed to withstand very long pump cycles (up to 1,000 hours) for pumping applications where other hoses need to be replaced mid-batch.

This product is specially designed to operate for a long time with high pumping cycles. The average life of the pump with correct maintenance is in the order of a thousand hours. It is important to remember that a thermoplastic material is sensitive to heat and sterilization cycles, dry heat, SIP and therefore autoclave cycles will shorten its life considerably, so it should be used when the application is single use.
