Transparent flexible hose suitable for pneumatic transport under pressure and suction of powders and granules for pharmaceutical and food uses at room temperature
Hose free from Nitrosamines, Phthalates, Plasticizers, Animal derivatives, completely odorless and tasteless
COMPLIANT WITH: EU REGULATION 10/2011 - USP CLASS VI - FDA REGULATION
Smooth and compact internal and external surface which, in addition to reducing load losses and cleaning times, reduces the risk of bacterial proliferation and product contamination.
Sub-layer in smooth specular technopolymer, resistant to abrasion with an estimated loss of less than 70 cubic mm according to the DIN 53516 standard.
Highly resistant synthetic textile reinforcements with AISI302 steel spiral
Smooth transparent technopolymer cover, resistant to abrasion and ozone
Temperatures of use: -35°+65°C (+70°C peak for short periods) including CIP sanitisation to which it offers excellent resistance.
Pressure safety factor:
>3 times the operating pressure. Production in 10 meter rolls
Upon request, it can be supplied in customized hoses complete with pressed fittings at the ends.
Testing for ELECTRICAL CONTINUITY according to EN 8031 standard only for connected pipes.
