EXTENDED ALUMINUM TUBE:
it is a single-wall extended flexible duct consisting of a corrugated wall made of aluminum of various thicknesses 0.12 mm, 0.19 mm depending on the diameter.
The result of many years of research and experience, it is created through a process of simultaneous seaming and forming of a single overlapping sheet metal, without altering the structure of the material as technologically advanced production processes are used, a prerogative of the product's unalterability over time.
Thanks to the seaming they guarantee excellent mechanical and functional characteristics both in terms of tensile and compressive strength. The corrugated wall maintains the flexibility of the duct, necessary during the installation phase for the creation of trajectory deviations even in the most complex routes, also thanks to its bending capacity given by a greater number of "hoods" added to the characteristics of the aluminum itself , installations are easy to carry out while maintaining the internal diameter unchanged.
It satisfies multiple needs ranging from domestic, civil and industrial uses such as: ventilation, air conditioning, extraction systems (welding fumes and dust), hoods and dryers (compatible with aluminium) up to a maximum temperature of 300 °C.
On request it can also be made with a white external colour.
The joint is made via two male inlets and two hose clamps, the latter in stainless steel.
The lengths of the rolls vary based on the diameter:
- From Ø 16 mm to Ø 75 mm - thickness 0.12 mm: Length 25 m
- From Ø 80 mm to Ø 300 mm - thickness 0.19 mm: Length 3-30 m
- From Ø 350 mm to Ø 1000 mm - thickness 0.19 mm: Length 3-6 m
